According to an April 1, 2014 story on MarketWatch.com, SafeSoft Solutions was named the industry’s number two call center software provider by MyVoipProvider.com. Focusing on cloud-based call center technology, the piece talks about the multitude of functions provided today by cloud call center software providers, including quality monitoring and call recording, agent scripting, call tracking and more.

“SafeSoft ranks number two as the top call center software providers,” the article states. “Sales have been proven to increase with the purchase of this provider. By using the predictive dialer function included in their software, companies can increase sales up to 400%.”
